Who Should Attend
This course is designed for those working towards an early years qualification and people who work with young children. This includes:
• People working in nurseries and pre schools
• People working in before and after school clubs for children in the early years age group
• Childminders or carers of children at home.
Candidates require a basic command of English (level 2) for ease of communication between tutor and candidate.
If an interrupter is needed for signing or to translate, this can be arranged at an additional cost with 14 days prior notice.

Continual assessment through observation and questions and answers throughout the course by the tutor.
Certificate
Candidates who successfully complete the course receive a certificate valid for 3 years from date of completion.
