MCA Training and Event Cover Ltd started out as Marbec Training Ltd in 2000 before rebranding and expanding in 2017 to the current name. We are a family run company, paramedic led, aiming to provide: First Aid Training, Event, Film and TV cover to the highest standard possible. Nothing is impossible, we work on the principle there is no such thing as problems only things that need solutions.

First aid courses

All our courses are taught by tutors who are still currently working medically within the NHS, military or private sector, they are all enhanced DBS checked. Our teaching is always the current practice, not just as the books say. All our courses are delivered at times and locations that suit the client.

If you can’t find a course listed that suits your needs, we will build a bespoke course that meets your needs.

We take the worry out of worrying about certificates expiring, we keep a record on our database and will contact you at 10 months to notify you that annual certificates are expiring or for a first refresher. Again at 22 months for a 2nd year refresher and 33 months we notify you when your certificates are about to expire.

We are also available for telephone support 24/7 to all our clients for any matters regarding first aid, including treatment given.

We are able to offer risk assessments for events and can supply staff at all grades to make the event run smoothly. All staff are still currently serving NHS, military or private sector and are all DBS checked.

We have experience in all forms of filming from feature film through TV series to adverts and pop videos. We can supply staff from 1 Day through to as long as the shoot takes. We have staff that are trained to COVID test and have contacts with companies who can return a test same day, next day or within a couple of hours. All staff understand the etiquette of working in the industry and will always go above and beyond what is expected.
